3. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure
Dial AI Agent complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Google Account (such as Google Calendar or Google Sheets) to Dial AI Agent:
- Limited Operational Purpose: Google user data received from Google APIs is accessed strictly to provide the direct integration features requested by the user.
- NO AI/ML Model Training: Google Workspace user data is NEVER used, transferred, or sold to develop, train, improve, or fine-tune generalized ML or AI models.
- Third-Party AI Isolation & Zero Data Retention: Temporary conversational context passed to enterprise LLM endpoints is processed statelessly under Zero Data Retention agreements.
- Per-Tenant Token Isolation: Google OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 at rest, stored on an isolated per-tenant basis, and never shared across client workspaces.
- User Revocation & Deletion: You can disconnect Google at any time from your dashboard or Google Security Settings, which revokes API access and purges stored OAuth tokens.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
Your data belongs to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Google user data to third parties. We may share information only with trusted infrastructure partners bound by confidentiality agreements, or if required by law.
5. Data Security
We use enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) and least-privilege access controls to protect your information and API credentials.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for a default of 90 days unless custom retention is configured. Google tokens are deleted on disconnect or account closure.
